The Psoriatic Disease Research Program's Patient Advisory Committee (PAC) plays a significant role in our research in a number of areas.

 

The PAC helps the medical and scientific staff in reviewing the patient newsletter and writing lay summaries for grant applications, planning the topics for the annual Patient Symposium, occasionally participating in research or conference work where patient representation is needed, and generally serving as a sounding board for areas where patient interests are involved.

The PAC gives our program the opportunity to learn from the patients, and in turn allows the patients to appreciate how knowledgeable and dedicated our internationally respected medical and scientific staff are.
